PST Secondary for the school year 2015 - 2016

The Parents support team is an informal group of parents who volunteer to provide opportunities to support and sponsor various activities during the school year.

Some of the activities that are organized by the PST are:

Hot Lunch Program
Toonie Tuesday
International Day
Eid Celebrations
Talent Show
Annual BBQ and Family fun day
Teacher's appreciation day

Ever year, the Parents Support Team (PST) at Abraar School organizes the Annual School BBQ and Family Fun Day. This year the BBQ will be held on Saturday June 6th 2015.

Its the biggest event organized by the PST and we need a lot of volunteers to execute it.
For the first time, we are very fortunate to have a lot of PST Dads on board, playing a big part in organizing this event this year.

We are in need of volunteers to make this happen, especially in these areas:

Setup Committee  (Team Lead: Br. Aaseef):
  • We need a few parent volunteers to help set up from 9 - 12a.m.

Cleanup Committee (Team Lead: Brother Abdul Qayyum)
  • We need a few parent volunteers to help set up from 6 - 7:30p.m.

Sponsorship Committee (Team Lead: Brother Khalid)
  • Contact local businesses with our sponsorship package to help get sponsors for the BBQ
Please email pstabraar@gmail.com if you can volunteer for any of the above activities or tasks.
All help is highly appreciated.
JAK
Regards,
PST
