Bake Sale February 20th from 4pm-7pm

Dear Parents,
The Parents Support Team (PST) cordially invites you to the Bake Sale Fundraiser that will be running during the Student Led Conferences on 
Friday, February 20th from 4pm-7pm
Hallway next to the Abraar School Gym (Elementary Branch) - 70 Fieldrow Street
The PST events help raise funds for different activities in school. We need your support and help, so we hope to see all of you during this wonderful event.
How can YOU help make this event a success? 
It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3….. 
  1. By donating a food item for the bake sale.  To ensure a variety of dishes, we have divided the bake sale donation categories as follow: 
SK2, Gr.1a, Gr.2b, Gr.3a, Gr.4b, Gr.5a, Gr.6b
SK1, Gr.1b, Gr.2a, Gr.3b, Gr.4a, Gr.5b, Gr.6a
Drinks (Juice Boxes- Pop - Water Bottles)
JK1, JK2 & Abraar School Staff
  1. Dropping off all Food/Drink items at the ADMIN OFFICE on the morning of February 20th, 2015 and not brought in later on in the day.  
  2. Ensuring that the donated items are NUT-FREE and self-serving (no scooping/cutting required). Bakers are asked to place bake goods in small baggies for individual sale; i.e: two to four cookies or one medium brownie per bag.

We need volunteers to make this event possible.

For Small Businesses:
If you are a small business and would like to donate you may do the following:

Place your business cards with your donated items
  • Have a small display (12 inches x 18 inches ; and maximum 12 inches high) with your business logo on it along with the donated items. (for example, a foam stand with cake pops on it and your logo printed on the stand.)
  • Please drop-off food by 3:00pm at the Fieldrow location.
